Kulinarea may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with users informed of any new version containing substantial changes. This document (as well as all other mentioned documents) governs the conditions for using the website https://kulinarea.com/ and the purchase or acquisition of services on it. In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing, and/or using this website, the user must have read the Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use, including the cookie policy, and the privacy and data protection policy. By using this Website or by making and/or requesting the acquisition of a product and/or service through it, the User consents to be bound by these Conditions and all the aforementioned, so if they disagree with all of this, they should not use this Website. It is also informed that these Conditions may be modified. The User is responsible for consulting them each time they access, browse and/or use the Website as those in force at the time of requesting the acquisition of services will be applicable. Accessing, browsing, and using the Website confers the status of user, thus accepting, from the start of browsing the Website, all the Conditions established herein, as well as subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations as the case may be. The User assumes their responsibility for the correct use of the Website. This responsibility extends to:
Using this Website only to make legally valid inquiries and purchases or acquisitions.
Not making any false or fraudulent purchases.
Providing truthful and lawful contact details, e.g., email address, postal address, or other data.

The Website is mainly aimed at Users residing in Spain. Kulinarea does not ensure that the Website complies with laws of other countries, either wholly or partially.
Applicability of General Conditions
These Conditions will apply to:
Clients who acquire products or services holding the status of entrepreneur or professional.
Consumers who acquire products or services for personal use.
For users to hold the status of Client, they must meet the following requirements:
Be a professional and/or entrepreneur.
Act with a purpose related to their commercial, business, trade, or profession.
Final Consumers are considered all those who do not meet the requirements to be considered Clients.
Object
These conditions aim to regulate the contractual terms for the purchase of products and provision of services, the consideration due by the user to Kulinarea, as well as the use of the service by the latter. The provision of services will be carried out by obtaining, arranging, organizing, employing, and managing by Kulinarea the necessary technical, human, and operational resources for this purpose and, always and in any case, as consideration for the prices in force at each moment.
The commercial conditions of this service and the offers that Kulinarea may eventually carry out always appear on the page https://kulinarea.com/, so they can be consulted, archived, or printed.
The content and scope of the services are governed by the respective contractual agreements, exclusively in accordance with the functionalities of the service described at the time of the contract celebration at https://kulinarea.com/.
Conditions of Access and Purchase
Access to the Kulinarea Portal is free and confers the status of User on whoever performs it, regardless of the subsequent use of the services offered. The acquisition of products and services on https://kulinarea.com/ can only be made by users over eighteen (18) years old, who must follow the steps and instructions that will accompany the entire purchase process, consisting, by way of example, of:
i) Completion of the registration form;
ii) Display on the screen of the summary of the order, delivery conditions, and shipping costs – if applicable;
iii) Acceptance of purchase conditions, which implies reading, understanding, and irrevocable acceptance of all and each of these General Conditions, as well as, where appropriate, of the existing Special Conditions.
Orders through the Website
A valid order cannot be made without expressly accepting, through the enabled boxes, the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of Kulinarea. All orders are considered purchase offers subject to these terms and conditions. Kulinarea reserves the right to accept them if the requirements set forth in these are not met.
After placing an order, the system automatically generates a receipt of the order. However, this confirmation does not imply automatic acceptance of the order, as Kulinarea reserves the right to collect additional information related to identity and address to ensure correct delivery of the order and to ensure the absence of fraud related to transactions.
Orders can be placed 365 days a year, at any time, except at times when the service is suspended for maintenance or for other commercial and/or force majeure circumstances.
Any order is subject to product availability. If it is not possible to deliver an order due to supply problems or insufficient stock, the user will have the option to wait until the product is available or cancel the order.
Price
It is understood that the price of each product is the one marked on the product available in the establishment appearing on the website at the time of each order. The user must pay the marked price, including applicable taxes, along with shipping costs, which will be added to the final price to be paid.
All prices used by Kulinarea are in euros, including VAT and excluding other expenses, such as administration, levies, and travel, shipping, or transportation costs, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
All prices that Kulinarea uses for its goods and services, on its website, or that are otherwise disclosed, may be modified at any time.
The price relative to a service is determined by Kulinarea based on the actual hours spent.
The price is calculated according to the usual hourly rates of Kulinarea, valid for the period in which the work is performed unless a different hourly rate has been agreed upon.
If the parties have agreed on a total amount for a service provided by Kulinarea, it is always an indicative price, unless the parties have expressly agreed in writing on a fixed price from which no deviation is possible.
Kulinarea has the right to deviate up to 10% from the target price.
If the target price is to be more than 10% higher, Kulinarea must inform the client in due time why a higher price is justified.
If the target price is more than 10%, the client has the right to cancel the part of the order that exceeds the target price plus 10%.
Kulinarea has the right to adjust prices annually according to the CPI update. Kulinarea will communicate price modifications to the client.
The consumer has the right to terminate the contract with Kulinarea if they do not agree with the price increase.
Payment
The payment of the order by the client will be made immediately, unless the parties have made other agreements on this or a different payment term is indicated on the invoice.
Payment conditions are considered strict. This means that if the client has not paid the agreed amount at the latest on the last day of the term, they will be considered in default and delinquent by law, without Kulinarea having to send the client a reminder or notice of default.
Kulinarea reserves the right to make a delivery subject to immediate payment or to require a guarantee for the total amount of the services or products.
In addition, a delay in payment of more than one month or temporary suspension of services on two occasions due to delay in payment will give Kulinarea the right to definitively interrupt the services and the corresponding resolution of the contract, after prior notification with 15 days in advance, and may request, where appropriate, compensation for early cancellation of these General Conditions and payment of damages that may be caused as a result of their breach.
Means of Payment
The accepted means of payment are:
Payment by credit or debit card. We reserve the right NOT to accept certain payments with specific credit cards.
Payment via PayPal.
Kulinarea reserves the right to change payment methods, being able to create new ones or eliminate some of the existing ones, without the user/client of https://kulinarea.com/ being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affected an order already made, from https://kulinarea.com/ we would contact the user/client to inform them of such change, offering the option to cancel the order if considered appropriate.
Payment by credit/debit card: The charge is made online, that is, in real-time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity and once it has been verified that the communicated data are correct. To give maximum security to the payment system, Kulinarea uses secure payment systems from leading financial entities in e-commerce. In this sense, confidential data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. The SSL encryption system used provides total security to data transmission through the network. The user/client’s data enjoy total confidentiality and protection. Data on credit cards are not recorded in any of our databases. They are only used in the virtual TPV (Point of Sale Terminal) of the commercial name’s financial entity.
Health & Safety Guidelines for Cooking Classes
At Kulinarea, the health and safety of our participants are our top priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we have implemented the following guidelines:
Hygiene Standards:
All participants must wash their hands thoroughly before and after handling food.
We provide hand sanitizers and encourage their use throughout the class.
All cooking equipment and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized before each class.
Safety Procedures:
Participants must follow the instructor’s directions at all times.
We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing to prevent accidents.
Alcohol consumption will be limited or prohibited while cooking to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
Liability Disclaimer:
Kulinarea is not responsible for any injuries, such as cuts, burns, or other accidents, that participants may incur during the class.
We advise participants to exercise caution and use the provided safety equipment, such as gloves and aprons.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements:
We strive to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, but there is a risk of cross-contamination. Participants with severe allergies should notify us in advance and take necessary precautions.
Participants are responsible for managing their own dietary restrictions and ensuring they avoid any allergens.
