Put on your apron and dive into the delightful experience of crafting an authentic Spanish Paella with us! We're all about the genuine approach - using freshly sourced ingredients and age-old spices to bring the dish to life. And remember, you'll be feasting on your culinary creation, so come with an appetite!

Class Overview

Our culinary journey begins with a visit to the bustling Atarazanas market*. Here, you’ll be introduced to an array of seasonal produce that our region prides itself on, ranging from fresh vegetables and fruits to an assortment of meats and seafood.

As we wander, we’ll handpick some premium ingredients necessary for our upcoming cooking class. Our spacious, contemporary kitchen awaits you just a short stroll away in the SOHO Art District.

Before the cooking commences, indulge in a tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, featuring a variety of local, prize-winning oils, complemented by snacks like toasted almonds and the renowned Aloreña olives. Alongside the Paella, we’ll also whip up a cool, classic gazpacho.

To perfectly round out the experience, we’ve selected a superb regional wine, crafted from local grape varietals.

Come along and uncover the secrets of making a genuine Spanish Paella!
