Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their course free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the start of the course.

Kulinarea reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, we will inform the students at least 48 hours before the course is scheduled to begin. Students will be given the option of a full refund, rescheduling to a different date, or receiving a gift voucher.

In cases of force majeure, Kulinarea may cancel a course with less than 24 hours’ notice. In such instances, we will offer the option of a full refund, rescheduling to a different date, or a gift voucher.
